New Model 560S Video Tool Analyzer The Model 560S Video permits rapid, precise inspection of all tool geometry characteristics in new tool manufacturing as well as tool regrind. The system uses a series of lenses and a digital camera. The image of the tool being analyzed is displayed onto a video monitor. A Windows® compatible software analysis program is displayed on the monitor where the tool analysis is conducted. The new base features more camera travel (16" X axis and 6" Y axis) allowing inspection of larger tools or parts on the video unit. It measures 12.00" x 11.25". |

A WindowsÆ compatible software analysis program is displayed on the monitor where the tool analysis is conducted. The new base features more camera travel (19" X axis and 6" Y axis) allowing inspection of larger tools or parts on the video unit. It measures 24" x 24" and can be split apart allowing the section containing the camera to be taken to a machine or granite plate for inspection of tools or parts. |

New Winslow Model 560 Mini Video Tool Analyzer The 560 Mini Video Tool Analyzer offers users the ability to inspect angles on cutting tools via the 560 mini video tool analyzer software. All angular measurements are inspected on the computer monitor. The horizontal liner measurements are taken with the digital vernier caliper that is mounted on the 560 mini video base. The vertical linear measurements are taken with the graduated dial on the vertical slide. |
